Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital Safe Kids Cumberland Valley

Provides a series of child safety classes for recently resettled refugees.  Dedicated to providing parents and caregivers with practical and proven resources to protect kids from unintentional injuries, the number one cause of death to children in the United States.

Nashville Cares

An agency that assists those living with HIV/AIDS and their families.  Offers HIV education, referral services, counseling and therapeutic support, financial assistance, and more.

Nashville International Center For Empowerment (NICE) Health Program

Operates two health programs which provide classes, lessons and one-on-one trainings on healthy living to refugees and immigrants. Participants in the programs are encouraged to live healthy lifestyles and are given the tools to do so.

Tennessee Department Of Health Children’s Special Services (CSS)

Provides comprehensive medical care for children with physical disabilities from birth to 21 years of age.

Tennessee Justice Center

Provides direct service to low-income families, advocating on their behalf to obtain essential health care, family assistance and food aid.

United Neighborhood Health Services

Offers comprehensive preventive and primary care services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and obstetrics on a sliding scale for low-income and underserved families and children.

World Relief Preventative Health Program

Offers varied assistance navigating the healthcare system to refugees, asylees, parolees or anyone entering the country with a special immigrant visa.
