DESCRIPTION: NashvilleCARES is a non profit that offers financial assistance, case management and practical resources for people living with HIV/AIDS. We provide monthly food bags, transportation assistance, access to medical coverage related to HIV needs, and assistance with pursuing housing, employment and entitlement benefits.
ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY: Services mentioned above are available to all those living with HIV or AIDS regardless of immigration status, primary language and income.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: To become a client of NashvilleCARES please contact our main number and schedule an INTAKE appointment. Each individual will be schedule to meet with a case manager who will complete an assessment if the persons needs and develop a care plan. As the client is followed and engages in services, the case manager takes notes of all medical, housing and financial outcomes.
